David A. Laub, MD, is the founding Director of Laub Dermatology and Aesthetics in Mill Valley, Calif. He received his dermatology training at Harvard University and his MD degree at UC San Diego. He obtained his Bachelor of Science at UCLA with Phi Beta Kappa honors.

Dr. Laub is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS). He has served on several committees and task forces for the Academy and ASDS. Recently, he has been the Chair for the Leadership Development Work Group and Future Leaders Network for ASDS. Currently, he is the Chair of the ASDS Healthy Skin for Life Task Force.

He has served as both an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California San Francisco and the University of California Davis. He is the author of numerous journal articles and contributed to several dermatology textbooks, Dr. Laub is best known for his expertise in pigmentary disorders, psoriasis, skin cancer, laser surgery and facial rejuvenation. He has served as moderator and lecturer at numerous national meetings as well as been on faculty for many hands on workshops advancing the techniques of neuromodulators, fillers chemical peeling and lasers.

As a consultant to a variety of medical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies he assists in product development and physician education. In addition to serving as an expert on TV and radio, he has been recognized by his peers by being voted as a San Francisco & Marin Top Doctor. He balances his life by spending time with his family, golfing, cooking, dancing and traveling.
